❓ Is this ghostwriting? Will I get in trouble?
No. SabiPath is teaching & coaching only. We review your drafts, provide feedback, and coach you on how to improve — you write and submit your own work. This keeps you safe from academic misconduct and fully complies with UK & Irish university policies.
❓ What if I don't get a good grade?
We aim for minimum B grades (or equivalent). If you receive below a B and it's due to our guidance issues, you're eligible for a 10% refund. We stand behind our coaching.
❓ Do I need to book all sessions upfront?
No. You submit assignments when they're due, request feedback 2+ weeks in advance, and book coaching sessions as needed. We work around your schedule.
❓ What if I change my topic midway?
Minor tweaks are fine. Complete topic changes are treated as new projects with adjusted fees (discussed on a case-by-case basis). Communicate early to minimize costs.
❓ Can I do extra feedback rounds if I need them?
Yes. Premium tier includes unlimited rounds. Basic/Regular tiers can purchase additional rounds at fair rates, or rush fees apply for short notice.
❓ How do payment plans work?
All tiers offer: (1) Pay full upfront, or (2) 50% now + 50% within 6 months. Plans must complete by your 6-month mark. Discuss custom arrangements if needed.

🤝 Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of academic support services by Sabipikin Academic Help ("the Agency") to any client or student ("the Client").
By engaging our services, making payment, or accepting any delivered work, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms may be amended at any time, and the version in force at the time of engagement shall apply.
📚 Nature of Services
Sabipikin provides:
- Academic writing support
- Partial or assistive writing
- Editing and proofreading
- Research assistance
- Academic consultation and guidance
⚠️ Important: Sabipikin is not an educational institution. The Client remains fully responsible for submission, academic integrity, and compliance with institutional requirements.
🎯 Academic Performance Target
Our Target: Minimum grade of B or equivalent, aiming for A, Distinction, or equivalent outcomes.
Refund Policy: Clients receiving grades lower than B may be eligible for a 10% refund if:
- Official lecturer report is provided
- Low grade resulted from Agency deficiencies
- Client complied with all instructions
⚠️ No refund if: Poor defence, late submission, plagiarism, or AI use by Client.
🔄 Failure & Rewrite Policy
If Agency is Liable: Free rewrite of the same project or alternative work as compensation.
If Client is Liable: (e.g., plagiarism, alterations after delivery) Rewrite available at 50% of original fee.
ℹ️ Note: Liability is assessed based on documented evidence and supervisor feedback.
📝 Topic Changes
Complete Topic Change: Treated as a new project with new fees.
After Acceptance: Fair fee adjustment determined at Agency discretion (not automatic 50%).
✓ Tip: Communicate topic changes early to minimize additional costs.
✅ Acceptance of Work
When Deemed Accepted: When supervisor reviews and accepts delivered portion.
After Acceptance: Subsequent rewrites incur additional fees unless pre-arranged.
💡 Option: Pay upfront for rewrite/change coverage to avoid future charges.
⚙️ Client Alterations
Your Responsibility: If you alter or rewrite work after delivery, Sabipikin bears no responsibility for outcomes.
Penalties & Failures: Any resulting penalties are your sole responsibility.
⚠️ Important: Use delivered work as-is or request official rewrites.
💬 Consultation-Only Services
What You Get: Guidance and advice only—no writing or submissions.
Your Responsibility: Implementation and outcomes based on your application of advice.
ℹ️ Note: Perfect for mentorship and direction-setting sessions.
💳 Payment Terms
Payment Required: Before work commences.
Payment Structure:
- Below £150: Full upfront
- £151–£300: 50% upfront, balance before delivery
- £300–£500: Three-stage payments
- Above £500: Custom arrangement
🔒 Guarantee: No work released until full payment received.
🤲 Referral Program
Commission: 5% of the first completed job of referred Client.
Payout: To referrer's designated account.
ℹ️ Note: Transaction charges borne by referrer.
🔒 Confidentiality
Your Data: All communications and personal data treated as strictly confidential.
Sharing: Never shared with third parties except where required by law.
